About Tim Enalls
Not another AI app. More sales of the thing you already do, with AI as the lever. I learned where AI actually moves the needle the expensive way, so you do not have to.
About Tim Enalls
I have spent my career turning data into decisions, and somewhere in the middle of it I learned the lesson that runs through everything I make now: the hard part was never building the thing. It was knowing what to build.
I learned it the expensive way. Not in money, in months. I have built things that worked exactly as designed and that nobody wanted, and each one cost me time I do not get back. AI did not lower that cost. It raised it, because the wrong build now takes a weekend instead of a year. So I stopped asking whether I could build something and started asking, before I wrote a line, whether anyone would want it and why it should be me. That single change is the spine of everything I teach.
"The build is cheap now. The wrong build still costs you the one thing AI did not make cheaper. Your time."
Today I run Future Business Tech, a YouTube channel covering how AI is reshaping the way businesses get built and run. Off the channel, I build the path I wish someone had handed me first: a free Scorer that measures any idea against the four things that decide whether it pays, a book on finding where to apply effort and proving it cheap, and a community for people who already sell something and want AI to sell more of it. The thread through all of it: find where the return is, prove it before you commit, then go.

None of it is the point. The point is what they add up to: a way of deciding what is worth building before you spend the time building it.
What I believe
You do not have an AI problem. You have a where problem. The tools are not the bottleneck. Knowing where they move your sales is.
The sale is the point. AI is the lever. The people who win use it to serve a real need better than it was served before, not to chase AI for its own sake.
The places AI pays off are specific, and usually not the obvious ones. Find them before you spend time and money in the wrong place.
If you already sell something and you are not sure where AI fits, that is exactly the question I built the Scorer to answer. It is free, and it takes two minutes.
No payment. The starting line, not a verdict.
