About Tim Enalls

I have spent my career turning data into decisions, and somewhere in the middle of it I learned the lesson that runs through everything I make now. The hard part was never building the thing. It was knowing what to build, and then getting somebody to pay for it.

I learned it the expensive way. Not in money, in months. I have built things that worked exactly as designed and that nobody wanted, and each one cost time I do not get back. AI did not lower that cost, it raised it, because the wrong build now takes a weekend instead of a year. So I stopped asking whether I could build something and started asking, before I wrote a line, whether anyone would pay for it and why it should be me. That single change is the spine of everything I teach.

Then I did the thing I now teach. I built a channel to a hundred and sixty thousand subscribers and twenty million views on my own, with no team and no employees, and sixteen brands have paid to work with me. Every part of that was one person and a set of tools that did not exist five years ago.

What I believe

You do not have a skill problem. You have a nobody-knows-you-exist problem. The work is already good enough. What is missing is anything pointing at it.
One person is now a viable size for a business. The tools closed the gap between what a team could do and what you can do alone, and most people have not updated their plans for that.
The scarce thing is judgment, not output. Anyone can generate now. Deciding what to say, what to build, and what to charge is the part that still pays, and it is the part that survives the next model release.
